Free Discovery Call to determine if we are A good fit

We’ll start with a brief consult on the phone or Zoom followed by a detailed proposal for our work together. If it’s a go, I’ll send you a contract that outlines the deliverables and timeline and an invoice for 50% of the total project fee.

DISCOVERY PHASE

You complete my magical client questionnaire to get clear on your goals for our work together. I’ll then provide you with a Discovery document with initial concepts so we start on the same page.

BRAND IDENTITY

I go away to my desk and come back to you with my first draft of your visual branding, which we’ll shape with your ideal client in mind.

WEBSITE COPY

I’ll then draft your website copy, which we’ll collaborate on through revisions until your it sounds like you on your best day.

website design + development

I design your homepage first to make sure you’re delighted with the overall aesthetic, then design as I build out the rest of the website so that by the time I’m done designing, it’s almost ready to launch.

Launch + Support

I’ll hook up all relevant systems from your email software to your scheduling system, test everything 1,000 times, and then launch! Finally, I’ll create a business card design you’re head over heels in love with, new social media banners to create unity across platforms, your final branding guidelines booklet, and a tutorial video to show you how to make basic website updates yourself in addition to booking me for future support.

I am usually booked 1-2 months in advance, so I encourage you to reach out soon to get on my calendar.

What is the starting price for your projects?

All projects start at $1,250. This price reflects both the time spent on crafting your materials and my 20 years of experience. Brand strategy and business consulting is baked into every package.

What is the typical timeline for a Project?

For copy or brand identity, it can be done in as little as 2-3 weeks. Websites or my full Golden Thread Method take 4-8 weeks depending on the project scope.

Do you accept payment in installments?

Yes. 50% of your project fee is due to reserve a spot on my calendar, and the second 50% is due at project completion.
