I have 20+ years of experience in client-facing, creative, and operational roles for small businesses and entrepreneurs, including customer happiness, sales and community building, as well as project management, operations, systems design, course creation, graphic design, web design, branding, and copywriting. I’ve worked as an OBM for six female founder/CEOs, with a strong track record of handling a high level of responsibility in a remote position and communicating effectively across a virtual team.

How will we communicate day-to-day?
That’s one of the first things we set up together, based on your preferences. Most clients use a combination of email and a project management tool like Asana or ClickUp. I’m responsive and proactive—you won’t be wondering what’s happening.
What platforms and tools do you work with?
Most major small business tools—Clickup, Attio, Squarespace, WordPress, Mailchimp, Flodesk, Canva, Kajabi, Google Workspace, Asana, Notion, and more. If you use something I don’t know, I’ll learn it quickly.
What's the difference between this and hiring a virtual assistant?
A VA executes tasks. An online business manager thinks strategically, owns outcomes, and manages the whole picture—not just individual to-do items. I’m not waiting to be told what to do next. I’m staying ahead of what your business needs and briefing you on next steps.
Will you need access to my accounts?
Yes. We’ll set up shared access securely, with appropriate permissions, so I can do the work without you being a bottleneck for every little thing.
What happens if my business changes?
We adjust. Retainer scope can be revised up or down at any point depending on your needs and my availability. If additional support is needed, I will help you make the hire(s).
How do I know you'll really understand my business?
The onboarding process is thorough by design. I ask a lot of questions. I take detailed notes. And I show up every month like your business is my business—because for the time I’m with you, it is.
Is creative work included in your scope?
Yes! Business owners love working with me because I’m a unicorn who can design your course materials while also managing your booking system. Writing sales copy and emails, co-designing curriculum and resources, and graphic design is all included in whatever time we agree on for your retainer.
